About
I received my academic training at the National School of Conservation in Mexico City.

I have been restoring artwork for more than 20 years, in Los Angeles, New York, and Mexico. My specialty is conservation of paintings and painted surfaces.

My clients include museums, galleries, and private collectors for whom I provide a comprehensive approach to collection care and management in the areas of registration, documentation, photography, historiography and bibliography.

For the Instituto Nacional de Antropologia e Historia in Mexico City, I restored paintings and murals in loIcal rural churches that had been declared by UNESCO Cultural Heritage sites.

For the Getty Conservation Institute, I assessed the Bernard and Edith Lewin collection prior to its relocation from Palm Springs to LACMA. This is the largest collection of Mexican art in the United States, including works by Diego Rivera, Frida Kahlo, and Rufino Tamayo.

I live in buzzing West Hollywood and love conspiracy theories, depth psychology, archetypes and astrology. I practice martial arts, yoga and meditation. I also enjoy walking, hiking and healthy food.
